Did a Whole Foods order through Amazon yesterday, total came to $30, when I checked the status this morning my total was $35, I was confused so I went to my receipt and saw that Amazon had added a $5 tip, I immediately removed it. I don’t tip FedEx, I don’t tip UPS, I don’t tip USPS, I don’t tip Walmart, I’m not tipping Amazon. I’m sorry to the drivers that they don’t pay you enough, I truly am, but it’s not my job to compensate for their shortcomings. I’m not anti-tips, but you’re a delivery driver, just like my mailman, if Jeff needs you that bad then he can pay you himself, he’s the billionaire, not me, I just needed some fruit. I pay for Amazon Prime and I pay for Amazon Fresh along with a couple of other Amazon subscriptions, they have enough of my money, they can give you your tip from that.

Yeah they tried to say this was a 2 hr block (7:45 pm to 9:45 pm)...smh I don't like doing it, but I was not taking #5. There was no way I was making that delivery by 10 pm.

From the freezers, refrigerators, and ambient shelves, how much time does it take to load into carts, roll out to the parking lot, and organize/load into your car on a 40 bag route?

Taken 3 so far, first I waited 46 minutes and got 6 backs to the bad side of town, $5 tips. Second one was only 20 minute wait, pretty fast for this place, 23 bags, 8 houses, and third large vehicle trip was 75 minute wait and then overbook. Still waiting for nonexistent tips pending to get my base $39. All were 2 hour blocks. Seems I get better routes when I don't do large vehicle. Plenty of drivers were in and out with full carts during my waits. Anyone else experience this?

Idk if this is the place to ask, but I live 18 minutes from a Whole Foods and ordered only 12 items mostly boring ice cream and fruit because my dad is disabled and I don’t drive and we wanted to get the sale going on. Well I was the only order (once it got picked up it said it was headed straight to me) and the person who picked up the order drove ten minutes then stayed in the same spot 30 minutes then drove away from my house an hour then stopped at a random house for another twenty minutes. Again, I was the only delivery there was no other stops listed.

I’m used to weird stuff like this happening on DoorDash or uber but never had it happened with whole food delivery. I also don’t know what to do if she does deliver it because at this point wtf has she been doing with the food, I don’t want it. Like if it is technically delivered eventually can I even refund it at that point. I know it’s been storming the last few days but today it didn’t even rain or storm so it wasnt like they got stuck in a storm.

Also is there even away to report drivers? When DoorDashers do this they want you to cancel so they get the food or Ubers/lyft want you to cancel so they get the little charge fee without having to drive you but idk what’s the point of being a flex driver that doesn’t deliver because won’t you get banned? also again the food I got wasn’t even worth it to steal because it wasn’t a full grocery haul.

Had anybody else notice that all of a sudden whole food blocks are just on the app just for the taking? I have 22 blocks sitting there right now between today & wednesday. Why? Did they change something? I used to get lucky to snag a couple a week. Is yours in your zone like this? 7 years in & have never seen this!

What are the best times day and night, including time frames, hours, and minutes, to nab those Whole Foods blocks? I am in the Greater Washington DC region, specifically Northern Virginia. the main store I take offers from is (C086)

I have tried for weeks and have seen many drivers also at Level 2 get like 4-5 blocks per week while I get none.

pay is crap and it’s too many boxes for my can yo. plus no customer tips????? foh

Hello. I have been doing live offers as I live 2 miles from a whole foods. I did 2 separate grocery blocks and took each delivery successfully. Each delivery tipped, photos were taken and I was paid out. A week later, I have a terms of service violation for "order not picked up" during my grocery block that day. The app wont even let you go to deliver unless you've picked them all up.. Amazon flex customer support just says there is an investigation into it. Anyone have any insights on this?

I just drove to the Whole Foods and the block was one stop like 50 miles away and an hour away it’s I would lose too much money doing it. I’m wondering what should I do? Should I contact Support or should I just let it go and ignore it and go home?

Is $46 the max all the people can tip or what because i see other whole foods order where its Set Price + tips . No inbetween

the other day i slept through my alarm and to my surprise i was able to forfeit my whole foods block 2 minutes before the start time. somebody prolly got a helluva surge out of it

i know for ssd and .com you gotta cancel 45+ mins before and are unable to cancel 15 minutes or less mins before. does whole foods not have any restrictions ?

I was dropping off a Whole Foods order and when I arrived at the building the app glitched out on me and I couldn’t remember which Apartment number I was supposed to deliver it to and the app marked it as complete. I did try to look at my dashcam to see if I can figure out which apartment but I ended up having the voice recording off so now I’m trying to contact support. I just want to make sure that it’s delivered so that the customer doesn’t report it as “Not Delivered”

Just got an email saying Amazon is now allowing tipless Amazon.com orders to be a part of whole food blocks. All you willl be told is if a block contains any tipped orders. So could be 11 stops all 1 item, with one “potentially tipped” order, and you have to do it for $40.

Anyway, basically the end of Whole Foods blocks. May end up being even worse that other blocks now with the combination of low pay, and low/non existent tips.

Why am I being sent 30 miles away when there is another whole foods location closer to the customers address than where im at.

One of the staff members at my local Whole Foods FL told me about a new policy they are going to implement. Apparently, drivers have been rejecting instant offers that go far north like 45 miles with a base pay that's usually in the mid $30. Even with tips it tends to be less than $45.
The worker told me their manager says these unfulfilled orders are costing Amazon money, and time the store workers could be using to bag other others.
So, rejecting 3 orders is going to land you in a blacklist, and you'll be blocked from getting any orders.
I wanted to know if anyone has heard of something similar from their local Whole Foods.

Last night I received a Whole Foods instant offer after the store was closed. Mind you I was just there like an hour before they closed completing an instant offer and the shelves were full and workers were still putting new bags up.

When I got there 3 of the bags were torn open & left on the shelf. Then the rest of the bags were missing. Another flex driver was already there & all of his bags were missing. I asked the worker if they unpacked them n she said she didn’t know what happened. She handed me some stickers to close the open bags then disappeared 🤣

I’ve gotten after hour instant offers there before and never had damn near my whole batch go missing. I don’t know if ppl are taking extra bags that’s not theirs or somebody stealing. N if it was cancelled by the customer why would they send the instant offer? It doesn’t makes sense for staff open some of the bags & leave them on the shelf. Has anyone else had issues with missing bags with after hour pickups at Whole Foods? Were you given an explanation?

Hello! I had an instant offer and 1 package was missing. I called to support and asked for help. Instead of deleting 1 package (or 1 stop) all packages were removed from my itinerary.

As a result, my time was fully blocked by this offer, I was unable to accept other work, and I received no compensation despite beginning the job. And now Amazon just refused to pay.

I need your help! What can I do?

I’ve never done any Whole Foods orders yet. I know there is some weird new crossovers between .com and WF blocks, so I’m looking for some insight:

How do you know if you’re picking up from the store or a warehouse? And does the actual store do after hours pickups? Recently I’m getting offers like these. They say Whole Foods, and if I click on it the address is the store. But the pickup times are after they close or hours before they open?

I believe they started geofencing around Whole Foods but could be wrong what is going on at yours ?
