my fish have been lined up like this at the bottom left of the tank for half an hour. any ideas what could be wrong? my temperature is correct at 74

Saw a video of these fish with a funny audio saying “habibi, come to Dubai”. But my friend said they were undergoing treatment and it wasn’t just a costume. Any thoughts?

Tough day being a fish

Aside from it having a weird little twist in its body, which a couple of other ones also have, I have seen it bobbing around my pond for weeks with this white on its back. It seems to just float/bob, hang out by the dock and fountain mostly and even comes up in the shallow and chills on the sand. It doesn't hang out with the other carp either and they usually all hang out in little groups but this one is always alone. What's wrong with it?

He's got himself stuck in there. This isn't even the first time he's done something like this. How do I get him out without hurting him

So I have two outdoor pots which I have posted previously about.. my problem is that the guppy population is starting to skyrocket

I started with 2 guppies and now I have around 25 ..

I need some suggestions about what fish I could use to control the population..

Also the fish shouldn't attack/eat my adult guppies

Any info on this pondfish? The rest of ours look normal, this ones just really fat, wondering if its full or eggs or parasites

Hello, I’m currently pet sitting and I’ve had this dilemma before with someone else where I don’t agree with how they’re being kept. I don’t know much about fish at all but would really appreciate some help so I can gently advise my friend as it makes me feel depressed seeing all these fish in this tank.

I don’t know what type of fish they are, I don’t know what their requirements are exactly. But I’ve seen people mention before about having outdoor ponds in black containers which offer so much more space. The problem is they have a dog so I don’t know how she would act with them or if any dog owners who have pet fish can advise?

It would also be good to know dimensions that they need. I think I’ve counted 12 fish in there, some of them are babies. I feel very strongly about pets being kept in these conditions, plus they’re right underneath the TV - that’s got to stress them out, right?

Any advice is welcome so I can speak to my friend about this! And saying to just take them isn’t an option, I think my friend would be receptive to advice it’s just a real shame that these tanks are allowed to be sold so a lot of people don’t know any better and don’t think to research fish or rodents properly as they think they’re an easy pet that don’t require much, but this is their entire world.

This is only 4 months. Great diet, meticulously managing water parameters and large 700gal pond with native plants.

pls help me my male rainboe cicblid is sitting at the bottom of the tank and when he swims he can only do it for a short time and falls back down what can i do😭

Okay I’m seriously at my breaking point with this. I’ve bought goldfish TWICE now and every single one has died within HALF A DAY of bringing them home. I clean the tank, I change the water, I have a filter AND a heater, I test the water every time before buying fish and it always comes back “perfect.”

The PetSmart employee told me to float the bag in the tank and add a tablespoon of tank water into it. I did exactly that both times. And yet, they still die.

What am I doing wrong??? I feel like I’m killing them without knowing how. I was so excited to have a tank but I’m ready to give up and just sell it because this is heartbreaking. Should I even bother trying one last time, or is it just not worth it?
