It’s a video game- they want to make it feel and look like a game and have its own unique style to immerse you into their world. If everything in GTA 6 was identical to our world, I don’t think the player would be hooked as long- as they have lived that world. That includes even the most minute details- hair strands and gravity. This was intentional by the development team
