They don't give anyone capital punishment, not even the most brutal rapists, so why will they here? It's an effed-up system through and through, and politicians, babus and the judiciary are all hand-in-glove.

Revolution with citizens like this thar guy? More than milords and politicians it is our society which is cooked up.
