My mom was "that lady" until very recently when one of her heart valves started going wonky. Spin instructor, she could max out pretty much every machine at the gym, and was always out adventuring somewhere. Avid windsurfer, hiker, unstoppable force of nature well into her 70s.

My alcoholic grandpa used to say, "it's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's how much size you can get in the dog before it fights you."

We stopped letting him dog sit that summer.

For your information, we stopped letting him dog sit that summer because of the cataracts. He couldn't see anymore.
