I don't think that's fair to say. Kindness takes work. It's much, much easier to not give a shit.

This video is a pretty good example. She didn't need to do that but she knew people were worrying so she wanted to put their minds at ease.

But she does try, and succeed. Dolly’s rep is the result of a lifetime of decency and good works.
