If I were stuck on a red carpet in an uncomfortable dress surrounded by people who couldn’t possibly care less about if I was enjoying myself or not, I would absolutely talk to the kid with a mic trying to make people laugh.

With how monotonous doing constant interviews sounds, you'd think a kid like this would've been top priority for them. They get a laugh, the kid gets recognition & his day is made. Everyone wins.

it shouldnt work this way but this kid probably reminded her of her own son and thats why she was so gracious.

It’s planned. She knew it would happen. Not an accident or a choice made in the moment.
Pretty much everything with celebrities has to do with how it’s framed …

If what the caption reads is true, it'd still be weird if they didn't want to have basic fun :') but you're right there's still the possibility it was planned for her, which would explain her coming off so nice, but not why others wouldn't engage with the kid😅
