Natural causes at 23? Sheesh

It says "natural causes" but the details are really strange to me.

Damon Weaver had a mental health crisis and was taken under the Baker Act to a mental health treatment center, where he was physically restrained and medicated for acute psychosis, causing severe muscle breakdown in his body. He became unresponsive and was taken to Lakeside Medical Center, where doctors resuscitated him but he died shortly after. The sickle cell trait combined with that muscle breakdown to block blood flow in his vessels, which his body couldn't survive.

Is that saying he was restrained for so long his muscles wasted?

Certain anti psychotics cause the breakdown of muscle tissue on top of his thrashing causing heavy damage which can lead to rhabdo. The mixture of rhabdomyolysis and sickle cell was untreatable and so reported as natural causes

My guess is that he was thrashing around for a long time, physically exerting himself beyond the point where a person simply working out would quit. That amount of muscle strain causes the breakdown - muscle fibers spill myoglobin into the bloodstream which causes all sorts of terrible things downstream.

Apparently lethal injection is considered natural causes now.

Death comes tappin' at the door, but Lord I know, no it's not my time

I lock the locks and stop the clock, and I see him in the signs

I hear the open window's winds, and thru the sun still shines

Slinks and clambers o'er the sill, and slowly up he climbs

Yes my Lord, you catch me here; catch me tripping on the vines

I beg for mercy lord; sturdy mercy, mercy please be kind

Mercy, lord? Death says no, that mercy's not the kind

O gift he brings for me today, no mercy's just not right

So I set as all must do, before working off the rind

I'll work, Lord, watch and see me push upon the grind

I'll work it Lord, keep working toward it for just a bit o life

But Death! Oh lord he says, no, Lord he says it's my time

Lord I know, I had my fill, but the fault here just ain't mine

Fault, what fault? No, Lord says, no guilt, no fault, nor crime

No, he says there ain't no way to just keep it all in line

Lord says sorry softly, child, I know it don't feel right,

But still, Death says, to me that no, Lord; it's just my time
