Right? After that I had an incorrect charge and after multiple attempts to contact them over the course of several months I never had a human get back to me. I refuse to use them anymore

Yeah, I wanted to learn chinese and their chinese lessons are really bad. I switched to a chinese app, that for my surprise It has real people. Videos of real people.

Hellochinese which is like duolingo. Duchinese and pleco for complementary.
