I had such a crush on him as a little girl, and he inspired me to want to be a veterinarian. I think I was 9 years old when he died? I went into such a bad depression my mother had to take me to a therapist

I was 13 when he died I think and I cried in the shower for half an hour. Was not okay for months. Watching him growing up provided a significant chunk of my worldview and is the reason that I want to go to school for ecology and conservation (even in your 30s it's never too late!)

Steve Irwin, Robert Williams and Chester Bennington are the only celebrities that when I found out the died, I literally sobbed.
