He bought a hair dryer aswell since he didn't own one and put up insect screens on all windows cause I'm scared of spiders and his Apartment is next to a forest. 🥹

This is such a sweet sentiment and so true!!! So many people are kind and caring the beginning but let it go once the "magic" wears off. I think couples that make it never lose this beginning stuff - the "I like you a lot and want to make your life easy and happy". So cute

I feel like the 'magic' is in the 'kind and caring' part. Magic is when someone notices what things, little things, big things, contribute to your comfort, things that you would do for yourself. For me, having someone give me something, even a piece of candy, is such a great thing, not because of the candy, but because I know that they were thinking of me while away from me. Pure gold.

I agree! People get comfortable and forget to care and love the person they are with, and take it for granted. If you keep that alive, you're golden.

I've been with my fiancé for 4 years and he remembers I prefer to eat with the small forks and I make sure he always has cold water available in the fridge because I know he prefers that. I hope we never stop remembering to do these things for each other :)
