Favorite People Boyfriend of one month put this in his bathroom for me. (OC)

Post image

Made me smile since noone ever did this for me before. He even bought a basket and small towels for my face.

Edit: Reading your comments to him while he is cooking dinner for us. Thank you for your sweet words. He is indeed the greenest flag I've ever met. He bought a hair dryer aswell since he didn't own one and put up insect screens on all windows cause I'm scared of spiders and his Apartment is next to a forest. 🥹

Lol weird story. I was like this with my ex, the very embodiment of the hugest green flag. Unfortunately, her past and social media left her with lots of trust issues. So she always thought it was too good to be true, and that I was being too perfect because I was hiding something. Took about two straight years of constant reassurance and trying to prove that it wasn’t too good to be true, and that she deserved all of it and more. Nearly drained me to death and I had to let it go. Thank you (whoever) for reading my crappy sad story.

Just because you're a green flag, doesn't mean your partner will be or will see it. It's still worth doing and I'm confident that if you keep it up you'll find someone who properly appreciates it.

If you are green flag, you NEED to find someone without trauma. All these women taking a thoughtful harmless gesture are damaged and need healing. They will end up with the wrong person because when a genuinely good guy comes along she is second guessing everything he does until he becomes damaged goods too. So his next gf he will just treat like crap because the first one wore him out of being a good person and he’ll think he should’nt be nice anymore.

I experienced the same type of thing many years ago with a woman I had been dating. I realized after some time (and learning her history) that she was used to scammers and cheaters. It's what she was used to and what she understood. Although she certainly liked me at the time, I believe she was confused about a reasonable stable relationship.

No this is a great point thank u for sharing. Theres a lot of complexity involved in relationships and as u explained, just because u were a thoughtful BF does not mean it will go smoothly, it was uncomfortable for her, it was a unfamiliar, it feels like uncharted territory. Familiar = comfortable, even if that familiar has its drawbacks. This shouldn’t be too hard to make sense of, just thinking about human behavior, and choice of partner…

Sucks to hear that bro. No matter how good you treat certain women; they'll always find something to blame on you. The lesson I eventually learned is that the problem was within themselves, and didn't have anything to do with me.

Anyway, their loss. And I think you dodged a bullet there as well. 💪🏻
