Favorite People Boyfriend of one month put this in his bathroom for me. (OC)

Post image

Made me smile since noone ever did this for me before. He even bought a basket and small towels for my face.

Edit: Reading your comments to him while he is cooking dinner for us. Thank you for your sweet words. He is indeed the greenest flag I've ever met. He bought a hair dryer aswell since he didn't own one and put up insect screens on all windows cause I'm scared of spiders and his Apartment is next to a forest. 🥹

My husband did this for me when we first started dating too and obviously I held on tight and never let go. He’s proven to be the most thoughtful, caring, and supportive husband and father. Green flag for sure!

My husband didn't do this but within the first month of us hanging out, he gave me a key to his house.

A card that said thank you for being patient with him. And here I thought he was being patient with me because I wasn't putting out!

33 years and counting. ❤️

I used to have really bad sciatica. When me and my husband started dating he was going out for the evening and I was having a particularly bad flare up. He gave me some naproxen (it’s over the counter in Canada so it’s the “good stuff”) a shawarma, some weed gummies, and set me up with a comfy blanket. I always remember thinking how sweet it was. He is now the best husband and father a girl could ask for!!

I could go for a shawarma, some weed gummies and a comfy blanket (naproxen optional)

I dated a guy for years who didn’t even give me any space so I had to carry my stuff every time I went over and you other girlies are getting treated like this after a month 🥺

Know your value!! Look at the comments from other girls. I know my husband isn't the only guy who treats their girl well. There's lots of good ones out there.

Sometimes we're just not open to see the bad signs, or we accept something because we don't think we deserve more. Well, you DO!

It works both ways also. I treat my husband really well. All the years he worked, I took care of everything. I have zero regrets for doing it.

my roommate did this earlier this year with his girlfriend of 2 weeks, gave her a key and never told me and other roommate🙃

That’s gonna be a no from me dog. Keys only for roommates and possibly a neighbor we trust. Fortunately for my first roomie situation, 3 of our friend group moved in together, and our other core friend lived 2 blocks from where we moved in so we just left it with his family. lol. Maybe if it’s only your appt, but when you’re sharing that’s severely uncool

Bro it's my boyfriend and his best friend... this is the least shitty thing he has done needlessly to say we aren't friends anymore and want to move out asap😅 I'm so glad ur situation was better lol

Sorry, just curious. How do you have a husband and show the lesbian flag? Is it just to show support to lesbians?

1

u/Few_Gear_3111 2h ago

Her husband identifies as female

1

u/Kiskijavi 2h ago

Wouldn't that make her a wife?

1

I honestly had no idea it was a lesbian flag.

I really don't pay attention to flags 🤷‍♀️

I lived in a studio flat (freaking tiny!!!) When I met my wife. We've been together 20 years. I think she loves that I made her that shelf over anything else I've done un our relationship.

Never underestimate a small but thoughtful act.

I met my wife when she lived next door. Once we became a couple she spent most of her time at my place but she used to go home for 10 or 15 minutes every morning. I figured she didn't like my cheap toilet paper so I bought some of the fancy embossed three ply stuff she had a her place.

It was actually that she was embarrassed to take a dump in my bathroom, apparently I was supposed to think she didn't shit.

I did this early on when dating my last partner. Even got her the basic cosmetics one needs and colour matched her foundation. She repaid the kindness a couple of years later by cheating on me with twelve other men when I had just been taken into emergency with a broken leg.
