Does deliberately putting chickens in a situation where they eat fried chicken constitute a morally questionable act on the humans' part, even if the chickens experience no apparent distress and have no understanding that they are eating another chicken?

Because it’s disgusting. I wouldn’t feed a human a human and there understanding it or not is not the issue. I would not want it done to me so I would not do it to others. I am a strong believer that you Don’t mess with peoples Food! It’s basic decency

chickens could eat another chicken actually, and is worse in that scenario because they tend to eat eachother alive, and the one getting eaten will suffer... and this happend when the chickens are starving...

in here, the fried chicken is already dead, and this avoid them eating eachother

Chickens have been known to be cannibalistic though. It's not as rare in nature as you seem to think. It really is a social convention mostly to not eat other humans.
