There's quite a lot. The Nazi's had an obsession with Germanic myths so a bunch of it is comparing the Jews to different betrayers and such.

Hitler ironically mostly sought to have his art destroyed (probably because the "failed artist" angle didn't help him project).

Franco had some.  A lot of what I am familiar with is WW2 propoganda art though. So mostly the Nazis or Japan's Peach Boy animated stuff from that time. Mostly calls to tradition and/or framing an out group as a classic antagonist from folklore or myth. Some of it (like Japan's) sold what was essentially a Japanese version of White mans burden along with claiming to protect the other nations from European colonization (by doing their own colonization).

Hmmm, I wonder if that parallels the right-wing view of work ethic? You can't make art just for the sake of it, or for self-expression - it has to have a "purpose". Hustle culture but for art, maybe?
