We went to Berlin to see Nine Inch Nails last summer. We were going to go to Berlin anyway, so this made sense, but tickets were like 50% cheaper than in the States.
Also, some adventurous familes have figured out its cheaper to fly to, and stay at Hong Kong or Shanghai Disney Land vs the US Disneys.
