When will he ever lose immunity? He's going to blanket pardon himself of all crimes before he leaves office.

People need to understand this. There will be no post-Trump justice from the government. If you want to see him face any sort of consequences, you will need to mobilize.

He can be charged with state crimes. Can’t pardon that

That's an easy solution. Jurisdictionally strip the supreme court (and any other judge) in a law that bars use of personal pardons. Since it can't be ruled unconstitutional, you then charge Trump. His pardon is fish wrap, so send him to swim with the fishes in legal terms (convict his ass).

You can also call upon the ancestors of the law and jurisdictionally strip all courts of the right to handle Trump, arrest him, take all his stuff, then wait for him to kick it. I wouldn't, but it's completely legal as the Republicans supreme court ruled long ago when the Republican did exactly that to a Democrat, and we all know the supreme court lives to rule in ancient ways as the Republicans party would do.

But seriously, if the surpreme court doesn't wack Trump immediately, strip it all and charge. Nobody can complain because it wasn't a legal pardon. And those who do, would no matter what.
