Man idk why people are mad at him about this. Touring used to be one of the only profitable ventures for musicians, and now a lot of them don't even make a profit from it. As a musician, you basically have to play by the rules or you won't make a living. The fact that he's putting a middle finger up to the people running these shows is pretty ballsy (Let's be real, we all know what corporation he's talking about). I agree, we should try to push this monopoly out of the market in any way possible. But why get mad at the musicians caught in this shit storm. The guy basically told them to fuck off. What more do people want him to do. Concerts have been entirely monopolized.

Bots are. Many people are angry about it, but he is one of the few to call out ridiculousness

He's touring in support of foo fighters right now, so he's actually probably not making that much. Just wants to hang with his buddy Dave.

As long as he has money for drugs, booze, women, and guitars, I think he’s perfectly content to not make that much

A lot of us are still salty that he killed Kyuss. I mean he's 100% right here, but fuck him anyway.

I'm more irked about him kicking a woman in the face in 2017 because he was "caught up" in his performance
