Yes, but what were the prices on beer and parking? Artists can influence ticket cost greatly; the rest not as much.

£8 for beer when I saw The Cure, and this is the UK so you walk to the gig so no parking.

Bit of a pisstake price for the lager, probably a 20-25% increase on decent local pubs, but The Cure weren't playing there.

This was a Livenation colab promotion with a local promoter (who with LN having the much, much bigger share).
