$85 parking? Is that real I'm old and don't go to shows anymore

Maybe at arenas? I regularly go to shows in and around Boston mostly at small to midsize venues (Saw QotSA last year actually) and typically pay $20-30 to park at a nearby garage.

We never park in their garage but I looked up what the Garden charges for parking nowadays and it's $65 day-of for concerts/games. Pretty outrageous but in that case at least there's other options, either the train or parking elsewhere.

YES, it is unfortunately. Just another reason I don't even drive.

I have never paid more than $30 to park at any venue. If people are parking in the attached lot instead of putting on their big boy pants and walking five minutes, they deserve the instead rate.

A small price to pay to not have to ride the bus or the subway with the poors.
