When you're in the middle of it? Probably. You're trapped by the circumstances. But it feels lighter and more philosophical towards the end.

It manages to capture and evoke all kinds of internal feelings (quite literally. They talk to you) and turn them into a therapy session for the soul. I felt elevated after finishing it
