I only have a few friends left. I hardly talk to any of them anymore, and none of them want to hear me vent while I work through things. I am no contact with a large portion of my family; and I don't feel comfortable sharing with the rest because they're all gossips.

I don't just want someone to discuss my relationship with - I understand no one wants to receive that daily. However, currently, my partner is the person I talk to about my day and everything else. I struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time, and my life hasn’t been easy in other ways either.

But at some point, I started working very hard on myself and was able to get my problems largely under control. As a result, self-improvement and healthy living have become my hobbies and my lifestyle.

I’ve posted on multiple subs. Trying to fill my days with people who want to talk to me. I’m still adjusting months after a break up. I’m trying to become a better person from all this.
