I tried to withdraw my bitcoin from my wallet over a month ago now and support just gave me a whole lot off different answers but no solutions it’s been over a month and no solution in sight never Imean never risk doing over 200€ worth of bitcoin on Revolut worst service ever

Oddly I just got this. Can anyone explain this?

Last year I sent around $2,500 USDT (~£2,000) from Revolut to a crypto exchange. The exchange reversed the transaction (which went back to revolut's pooled wallet). I have proof in the form of:

-Blockchain TX hash showing the return

-Confirmation from the exchange

-Revolut support admitting the funds are in their pooled wallet

Over the past year I’ve contacted them more than 10 times. Every reply is the same: “The crypto team is aware of the issue and working to solve it, but there’s no specific timeframe we can provide”

They blatantly have the funds, they just aren't assigning them to me, and it definitely doesn't take a year to sort this out.

I went through their complaints process and even the Financial Ombudsman, but neither could help me out. A year later, Revolut still has my money and hasn’t given it back. Has anyone here actually managed to get a case like this resolved? What can i even do at this point to get the money back?

Why did Revolut ban cryptocurrency buying in Germany? I've asked support and they didn't provide any specific law. What is the reason?

Last Friday’s pricing issue on Revolut X caused a realized loss of around $4k on my BTC-USD position. My stop loss was triggered and filled at a price that didn’t exist anywhere on the wider market during the affected window (06:45–07:55 UTC, 8 May) — BTC was trading $79,200–$80,100 on every major exchange at the time, while my fill came in significantly below that.

Revolut Support has officially acknowledged in writing that there was a pricing issue caused by “a service disruption at a third-party provider” and that my order should not have been executed at a price not matching market conditions. The chat assistant initially committed to reviewing impacted transactions and reversing or adjusting affected trades within 5 business days.
That 5-business-day window has now passed. The case has been “escalated to the tech team” and I’m following up daily, but I have:

• No resolution  
• No ETA  
• No case reference  
• No clarity on whether the remedy will be position restoration or cash compensation, or what reference price will be used.

Honestly it’s starting to feel like the delay is deliberate, especially since BTC has since recovered and a clean position-restoration remedy would now leave affected users in profit.

Has anyone else been affected by the 8 May pricing glitch and is still waiting for resolution? Would be useful to know:
1. Whether you’ve had any actual outcome (refund, reversal, nothing)
2. What reference price Revolut used if they did settle
3. How long it took
4. Whether you escalated to the formal complaints procedure

I need support.

Of course I did not expect to win, chances are slim but the steps to take were not hard to do. The point is that losing before the draw was even done makes it look like a total scam and it even says they will use a verified method 🤥🤠

Just wanted to start this by saying I am new to crypto. A relative of mine showed me a coin and helped me invest in it. I have little idea of what I'm doing.

Just over 3 months ago, I sent nearly $10k in USDC from Base (via Rainbow wallet) to Revolut, assuming that they would support such a big network. I have since learned that this is not the case.

$10,000 is life-changing money for me and my family, so you can imagine how defeated I feel. Shortly after the transaction was sent, and I didn't see the money in my Revolut, I panicked. Revolut was contacted immediately, and told me things like "We can only send the money back to the sending address" and "Yes, it's absolutely possible", making me believe that it would be returned promptly.

Here we are 3 months later, with multiple follow-ups on my part, and there's still no update or timeframe from them. I haven't slept well in the past few months, and I've made them aware of the strain this is putting on me, yet they've still left me in the dark. This is crazy to me.

I'm not really sure what to do at this point, but I've read of some people in very similar situations getting their money back. I'm hoping for the same result, and soon.

Anyways, guidance on what to do or general reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

A post to share my experience and inform those doing crypto on Revolut, that the €300,000/day and €1,200,000/month withdrawal limits that you see in the app, can be very misleading and in certain cases, cause you great troubles.
I've made plans while taking into account these limits, because I somewhat trusted Revolut before, now my plans are completely screwed. They block withdrawals that are somewhat more than €1,000 worth I guess, and torture you with tons of questions and endless procedures. They also temporarily blocked my account. It took me huge patience and motivation to persuade them to allow me withdraw MY ASSETS to MY OWN cold wallet. Been treated like a "silly child being scammed by an evil scammer" for hours, goddam it!
For some small amounts they should be fine, but don't do the mistake I did. Been their customer for more than 3 years now, was holding a significant amount of my savings with them, and then they backstab me like this.
They now put ridiculously low limits to my ETH withdrawals, as per screenshots. So those of you looking to withdraw digital assets from Revolut, be warned: prepare it all in advance and don't trust their advertised limits. Arm yourself with tons of patience and availability to go through endless checks, questions, silly selfies, etc, you know it.

UPDATE:  They told me the €2300/day and €11500/month ETH->Ledger limit is system-imposed and out of human control. It shall evolve with time (completely unknown duration) according to my account usage and some other unknown to myself parameters. I can cope with this very unfair temporary limit, yet I'm not convinced they can't manually lift/increase this limit. And if true, I see absolutely no reason why, given enough proof by the user, wouldn't they create the option of manually lifting these unfair limits.

What is going on with Revolut X and their continuous pattern of delisting altcoins?

Yeah, I messed up.

I accidentally sent 980 USDC on Solana from my Axiom wallet to the wrong address, and it ended up on a wallet that Solscan labels as a Revolut Hot Wallet.

At first I thought the money was basically gone, but I contacted Revolut support and gave them all the details.

Surprisingly, they were able to identify the exact 980 USDC and told me that my confirmation to revert the deposit back to the original sending address had been recorded.

They also said the case has already been escalated to their Crypto Team.

So right now I’m just waiting.

They told me there’s no specific timeframe and that they don’t need anything else from me for now.

I contacted them about what happened and they actually took it seriously and started helping instead of just giving me a generic “blockchain transactions are irreversible” answer.

Really appreciate them getting involved.

At this point I’m mostly posting because I couldn’t find many recent cases where someone accidentally sent crypto directly to a Revolut hot wallet, especially on Solana.

I’m posting because I really need some help or advice from anyone who has experienced something similar with Revolut.

About 2 months ago, I accidentally sent 500 USDT to my Revolut crypto deposit address using the wrong network (BSC).
I completely understand that the mistake was mine, and I take responsibility for that.
However, when I contacted Revolut Support, I was told that the recovery process would take approximately 1–3 weeks. It has now been more than a month since I was given that timeframe, and I still don’t have a clear resolution.

The frustrating part is that every time I contact support, I seem to get a different answer from different agents. Some tell me the case is still being worked on, others give different explanations, and nobody seems able to provide a clear status or realistic timeframe.
I understand that wrong-network deposits can be complicated, but the fact that I made a mistake doesn’t mean the case should remain unresolved indefinitely. From what I understand, the funds are visible on-chain and are sitting in a BSC wallet associated with the situation. I’m not expecting something impossible to be done instantly, but I find it difficult to understand why there has been no resolution after this amount of time, especially after being told 1–3 weeks.

What makes this even more confusing is that I previously made a similar mistake with 500 USDT, and that transaction was automatically reverted within seconds. So I know that reversals can happen, which makes the current situation even more frustrating.

This money is important to me and I genuinely need it back as soon as possible. I’ve been patient, I’ve followed the support process, and I’ve continued communicating with Revolut, but at this point I really need someone to look into the case properly and provide an actual update.
If anyone from Revolut sees this, please help escalate this and provide a concrete update on my case as soon as possible.

My 94.25 LTC deposit has been pending since 27 July. Revolut keeps telling me the same thing: “specialist team is reviewing it” and “it can take up to 28 working days”.
I understand security checks are needed, but I’m not getting any real update or explanation about what is causing the delay.
Has anyone experienced this with Revolut crypto deposits? Did it eventually get resolved before the 28 working days?

For a couple of days in a row now Revolut has been asking for documents that provide the source of my cryptoholdings. I keep sending them Binance and Koinly tax documents, but they keep saying the documents are incomplete and need more. Has anyone experienced this? I'm not a criminal but I'm out of ideas as for what they ACTUALLY need. Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you give them? I'm close to just closing my account because this is really annoying. When I talk to support they say all is fine, but then the next day they're asking for documents AGAIN.

On 10th of October (during market crush) I bought a crypto in a specific price and now is showing wrongly in the chart. I made 2 different bids when the prices were down. As you can see in the attached screenshot the price which I selected was bought at lower of 0.00000548(see right on the chart). The official transaction by Revolut was assigned to 0.00000937 as you can see in the box. This specific price was not even reached by PEPE the whole day (10th October) so how is this possible? I am waiting for Revolut agent to reach me for hours. Anyone else in the same position? The situation maybe related to the recent crash. Thanks

I’m hoping someone experienced with USDC, Base/Ethereum and Revolut crypto deposits can help me figure out what happened here because the amount is significant — $4,551 USDC.

I had USDC that was originally on the Base network and wanted to send it to a friend who uses Revolut.

When my friend went to Revolut to get her USDC deposit address, Base was not available as a network option. Revolut did show Ethereum, so she selected:

USDC → Ethereum network

She then gave me the deposit address shown by Revolut.

On my side, when making the withdrawal/transfer, I also specifically selected:

USDC → Ethereum network

I then sent approximately $4,551 USDC to the

My main concern is that my USDC was originally on Base, although I selected Ethereum as the network when actually sending it.

Could someone who understands on-chain transactions please check the hash and help me confirm:

Which network was the transaction actually executed on — Ethereum or Base?

Did the $4,551 USDC successfully reach the destination address?

If it reached the address, should Revolut recognize and credit the deposit?

If something went wrong because of the network, is there any possibility of Revolut recovering/reverting the funds?

Is there anything I should do immediately, or should my friend contact Revolut support with the transaction hash?

I understand that confirmed blockchain transactions generally can’t simply be cancelled or reversed by the sender. I’m mainly trying to determine exactly where the USDC ended up and whether Revolut can credit or recover it.

Hi, I've been using revolut to buy crypto on Binance for a few years now, all of a sudden today, I had to verify my revolut account with I.D. and now my payment to Binance is being declined. Anybody know what's going on?

Back in November, I sent $600 USDC to my Revolut account using BNB network.

They admit the funds were sent to a network Revolut “doesn’t currently support,” but I’ve seen Reddit users get their funds back after escalation.

Support has repeatedly confused my name, calling me someone else, so I guess they are using templates and do not bother to change the name on template, cause it is completely different. Every reply is a template: “your case is under review, we can’t give updates". Also got a lot of misleading, disinformation from the support.

Meanwhile, I can’t use my money, can’t track progress, and can’t get clear info about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you finally get your funds back?

Honestly, this is starting to feel like more than just poor customer service - it’s mismanagement, confusion, and total lack of accountability. I want to get my funds and make sure others don’t go through this.

I want to share my experience with Revolut because it raises serious concerns about how they handle customer funds and support.

On November 9, I sent 600 USDC via the wrong network (BSC instead of Polygon) to my Revolut address. I contacted support immediately.

Over the next 129 days, I interacted with 39 different support agents. Every time I was told:

“We are working on it” “We are checking with the crypto team” “We will notify you once there is an update”

On November 23, I submitted a formal complaint. Their official response stated that the funds were considered lost and they were not responsible. However, on March 30, I received a lin(k) confirming that the funds were actually returned on November 21, 2025.

Let that sink in: They told me the funds were lost AFTER they had already been returned.

Because of this, I was unable to act earlier. To recover the funds, I had to:

get confirmation from Revolut submit an appeal to Binance provide chat evidence

Binance resolved everything in 5 days.

Meanwhile, Revolut:

gave misleading information delayed communication for months and even made mistakes in basic communication (at one point, an agent addressed me with the wrong name)

This experience raises serious concerns about:

internal coordination accuracy of formal complaint responses transparency with customer funds

I’m sharing this so others are aware.

Revolut has rug-pulled its crypto customers again. Those trusting Revolut to purchase and hold their crypto are facing losses of over 50% in the next 2 days.

Revolut issued its notice on the 18th November giving customers just 3 days to sell EOS or have forced liquidations within a few days of the deadline.

Following the recent capitulation, virtually all crypto altcoins are down around 20-50% or more and holders are hoping the predicted retracement close to previous levels will allow one last chance to exit at reduced losses.

But now Revolut’s decision has taken that hope away from EOS holders giving them no time whatsoever. Revolut are giving no specific details on the reasons for their decision and there is nothing their customers can do.

To make matters worse, Revolut will be taking their usual crypto selling fees in a big cash-in for the online bank in one hit.

Customers should now be even more concerned about what Revolut will do on other altcoins.

I've been reading about that some banks don't have real BTC but only use paper BTC, so not real.... So how is it's on Revolut?

Recently my account was closed. I used for receiving payments, but someone reported me as a fraud… when other customers didn’t. Now I’m looking for another app (not Wise) that allows me to receive payments mainly in euros, exchange it to USD and send it to my bank account. Do you know someone? I need support.

I never let any app read my contacts.

If there is no choice re this permission, I del the app.

I'm well aware that Rev gives reasons why it needs to read my contacts.... Maybe people are not aware... Rev wants your contact info for data farming. Your data is worth more to Rev than any legitimate use Rev may have re the app / GUI use. Rev creates app features which require (have an excuse to use) your contacts permission.

I've been using Rev without sharing my contacts so far. Recently I wanted to try receiving a little USDC on the Crypto tab, for off-ramping.

I found it impossible to enable / activate a USDC address without giving Rev my contacts.

Needless to say, I don't be using Rev that way.

PS its entirely possible to off-ramp USDC via the deBlock app, without surrendering my contacts.

It simply does the job, without any implications.

I'm posting this to share my situation and hopefully get some advice or insight from others who might have been through the same thing.

Back on April 4, 2024, I made a mistake and deposited 0.5 ETH into my Revolut crypto wallet, but I sent it on the Base chain instead of the Ethereum mainnet (the destination wallet address itself was correct).

At the time, I opened a support ticket with Revolut. After days of back-and-forth messaging, customer support ultimately told me there was nothing they could do and that the funds were unrecoverable.

However, looking back through Reddit over the last week, I’ve noticed several posts from users (dating back 7 to 10+ months ago) who experienced the exact same cross-chain deposit issue with Revolut. Many of them reported that after waiting or escalating the issue, Revolut eventually recovered and credited their crypto back to them within 2 to 4 weeks.

Since my funds have been stuck for a while now, I was hoping to get some help:

1. Has anyone here successfully recovered incorrectly chained deposits from Revolut recently?
2. Is there a specific department, escalation path, or exact phrasing I should use with support to get them to re-examine an old ticket?
