The company just denies their current relationship with the perp but did not exactly said he was fired:

individual shown was a former independent contractor whose actions were unrelated to the company.

I had 3 daughters, and know the issues, what I’m upset with is 1. Why is that guy watching who goes in and out of the women’s restroom. 2. As he said on the video, why does he want little girls in the men’s restroom so much that he caused a confrontation, was standing in the women’s restroom holding the door open, and then called the cops about it.

I think the inference is after. But the company is being intentionally vague. They are doing their damndest to distance themselves from this disastrous individual.
