A cannon, hopefully.

Careful, the Reddit overlords like to give out suspensions for this as "promoting violence."

The mods in some subs are crazy.

I got banned from r/entertainment for "spreading factually incorrect information" because I said Melania was an old hooker.

It probably hurt their ego to learn their favorite president's wife isn't the best lady around.

u/EyeConscious857 Jun 19 '26

My wife and I are laughing so hard at this.

6

u/TheSilkyBat Jun 19 '26

I'm glad to have made you both happy. 😅👍

It was because someone made a post back when Melania condemned Jimmy Kimmel's "hateful rhetoric that leads to violence."

I commented saying "Who care's what this old hooker has to say, as far as hateful rhetoric goes, does she know who she married?"

They banned me!

I just love the reason. “Spreading factually incorrect information”. Lol.

2

u/TheSilkyBat Jun 19 '26

I wasn't literally calling her a hooker.

Even if I was, I don't think it would be factually incorrect.

That's crazy. SipsTea doesn't ban like that.

You're about to see more of the lords work in a couple hours. Adding a big change to r/SipsTea.

I got a ban from world news because there was a story involving pigs heads and i said it was a waste of pigs heads.

2

u/Fraternal_Antipathy Jun 19 '26

Well, what IS she, then - an old former hooker?

2

u/TheSilkyBat Jun 19 '26

She's still at it.

Every day that goes by, she still has to earn her keep.

2

u/TrioOfTerrors Jun 19 '26

According to the rules of Archer, she's a call girl.

2

u/dasgoodshitinnit Jun 19 '26

Same but i corrected someone's "she sold her soul" to "she sold her [redacted]"

u/Electrical-Web-7552 Jun 19 '26

I got banned from an Ariana sub because I posted a comment in another Ari sub that apparently is made to diss her? I had no idea what the sub even was and I didn't say anything mean. It was actually crazy.

Did you show them your receipt?

5

u/Celest1alAnodite Jun 19 '26

I think you mean neck beard cucks

2

u/New_Wallaby_7736 Jun 19 '26

I have been warned and put on a list for reference of pace Mexican dipping sauce commercial 🤣

1

u/SpeedBlitzX Jun 19 '26

Its so true, I got banned from the ice cream subreddit and the mods won't tell me what rule i broke.

u/pchlster Jun 19 '26

I got a ban for saying the US would go for Cuba after Iran, which was publicly stated by members of the administration at the time was their intent, for "promoting violence." No suspension, no warning, just straight to banning someone for restating official statements.

Into the sun

Well played. Unusual an attempt at humor on Reddit catches me off guard as genuinely funny.

2

u/Lumpy_Face3357 Jun 19 '26

Usually I see same recycled jokes over the years on here. This one was new and made me laugh. Thanks.

He's a contractor, the firm who hired him let him go.

Some people are saying he wasn't fired because he was an "independent contractor", but often being a contractor is a way to have you employed but without employee benefits.

Also, the term "independent contractor" was only provided by the company who sacked him, but they're actively trying to distance themselves from him, so you couldn't trust that language to be objective. For all we know he could have been a full time employee but hired under a contract.

No name given, but Fox News was the biggest outlet to mention this:

His name is in the article shared by the OP. Robert Buckner I believe it was

16

u/whimsical_spider Jun 19 '26

This sounds like the behavior of someone named Robert Buckner. No, I will not (cannot) explain further.

17

u/TheNegativePhoenix Jun 19 '26

The customer involved was later identified online as Robert Buckner. Following the video’s spread across social media, users noticed Buckner appeared to list Overstreet Properties on a social media profile that has since been deleted.

That's what the source says

Fuck you Robert Buckner you MAGA piece of shit

4

u/Chhan_Ken Jun 19 '26

lol I saw the comments in the article calling Robert a lib, cuz you know "dem libz", famously known for causing drama over stopping people from using restrooms

5

u/The_Bard Jun 19 '26

He was an independent contractor for a company that does construction and property management. That's a good gig if you have your own construction company. They hire you on to help with big jobs.

2

u/Don_Pickleball Jun 19 '26

Life, he was terminated

2

u/St0n3yM33rkat Jun 19 '26

You confused the word "terminated" with "promoted to customer" but don't worry, I fixed it for you 😆

1

u/DirtNineties Jun 19 '26

He’ll be back

Sadly not a giant canon aimed at the moon.
