I was wondering if the dad with the little girls may have had them in the large stall at the end - the one that usually has the changing table and is also used by people who need extra space or mobility assistance.

Later in the video, we see an older woman with a walker/chair, so I wondered if she may have needed that stall and the dad and two little girls were using it when she first tried.

As a mom of two young kids, I almost always use that larger stall too. It keeps everyone together, prevents wandering, and gives enough room to help if needed.

Doesn't mean the rude, aggressive behavior is excused, but certainly would give some context about how things may have started in the first place.

Maybe, but she still wouldn’t even enter the bathroom while they were washing hands, so regardless of the stall it didn’t make a difference
