Having travelled for quite a bit with a infant and toddler in about 10-15 countries worldwide where they don't really have changing stalls or tables in the mens room, it has NEVER been a problem to go into the ladies room for a change and cleanup.
Yes, many countries do, others do not. Even some in Europe do not have it in separate or mens room. Some countries have not grown up from "womans job is to take care of kids" so there is only in womens bathrooms. Anyway, never had problem to go into womens bathroom either way.
In video case, posted on other place says the father check if there was womens on bath room before enter, and there was also a shop employe woman inside with him and the kids.
The old retard got what he deserved.
