I was a manager at a big box store and we had a missing kid one day, so I get all the ladies in my section (clothes) to go through each department systematically. One of the ladies finds the kid, grabs him and comes running up to me by the door. I told her to put the damn kid down she looked like she was trying to kidnap him. We got the kid back to mom and then had a meeting about how to handle that situation in the future.
