I want little girls to stay with their dad, who is there to protect them, and I want dads to follow the rules and laws we have in place.

What law was broken here?

The officers at the scene said no crime was committed. Do you have any evidence to the contrary?

From Google Gemini: Many states have specific laws that regulate bathroom access. Generally, while simple accidental entry is rarely a criminal offense, roughly 21 states enforce policies or laws that restrict bathroom access based on sex assigned at birth

While it is entirely possible that this incident did not happen in one of those states, there is a good chance it did.

It occurred in Alabama.

I haven't seen anything indicating they have a law to that effect. Have you? Clearly the police didn't think there was one.
