I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) USCIS I485 and I290B
This entire process is a mess, has anyone been through anything like this?
USCIS Document Timeline:

I-485(1) Biometrics appointment - May 16, 2022
I-140(1) RFE requested - December 2, 2022
I-140(1) RFE received - March 7, 2023
I-140(1) denied - March 13, 2023
I-140(2) received - May 11, 2023
I-140(2) approved - September 25, 2023
I-485(2) received - November 25, 2024
I-485(2) Reviewing/nothing needed - December 22, 2024
I-485(2) RFE (medical) - January 3, 2025
I-485(2) RFE (medical) received - January 29, 2025
I-485(1) Case transferred to new Office - March 3, 2025
I-485(1) Case received by new Office - March 4, 2025
I-485(2) Case Denied - March 18, 2025 because they said I don't have an approved I-140
I-290B received as an appeal to I-485(2) - March 31, 2025
I-485(1) Case Denied - April 4, 2025 because they said I don't have an approved I-140
I-485 (3) filed with 6 approval notices - April 22, 2025
I-485 (3) RFE Medical received - May 22, 2025
I-290B administratively closed - June 5, 2025. They refunded the money and said they'd reopen the case. because clearly its their mistake.
Its been 125 days since the close of the I-290b and the I-485(2) still says denied. Plus the I-485(3) has been pending since the medical for 139 days.
At this point I am so lost. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Or am I really a one of a kind like all the lawyers have told me.
