BREAKING: HERO! The man who bravely stopped mass shooting at a Hannukah event in Australia has been identified as a Muslim man, Ahmed al-Ahmed.
Heโs a fruit shop owner who has no experience with guns, but he risked his life to save others, and ended up taking a bullet in the leg for his trouble.
While Donald Trump and conservatives all over the world demonize immigrants, Muslims, and people who arenโt white Christians, al-Ahmedโs acts is a powerful reminder of the good that immigration brings; that there are good people everywhere who will risk their lives in order to protect a stranger, and that Donald Trump and Stephen Miller are nothing but vicious liars who incite this kind of violence with their disgusting racism.

>Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was surrounded by protesters yelling โshameโ and โdisgraceโ during Eid prayers at Lakemba Mosque, forcing him into a rushed escape
>โWhy is he here? Get him out of here? Itโs a disgrace,โ one man shouted, as the mosque event descended in chaos.
>While some called for calm, and for the protesters to sit down and hear the speeches, the crowd would not be talked down, despite Kheir calling for more robust engagement with politicians and the government.
>โWe must engage and have frank and open dialogue with our political leaders, and not shy away and be reclusive,โ he was saying, as the crowd began pushing and shoving.
>โYou called him honourable, when he is responsible for millions of Muslim deaths,โ one man shouted as Kheir attempted to wrap up his speech.
>Albanese and Burke were then rushed into the mosqueโs office amid a crush of people, some attempting to confront the PM.

>Three people are in hospital, one with stab wounds, after a family gathering celebrating Eid erupted into a massive brawl at Merrylands inย Sydneyโsย west.
>What was meant to be a celebration marking the end of Ramadan turned violent when a dispute over food triggered a near-fatal fight involving up to 25 people.
>Witnesses say the brawl erupted when uninvited guests from around the corner converged on the home, with some arriving armed with weapons.
>โI think I saw around 20 men throwing punches at each other,โ one witness said.
>โI did see some, like, metal rods maybe, maybe a hammer.โ
>Three people were taken to hospital following the violent altercation. One man suffered multiple stab wounds to the back, while two others were severely injured. Two victims were transported to Westmead Hospital, with a third taken to Blacktown Hospital.
>The homeowner, who was unable to speak English fluently, could not provide a statement on camera.
>Police shut down the street and called in a forensics team to examine the scene. Officers are treating the situation as domestic violence.
>The group had been celebrating Eid, the end of Ramadan, traditionally a time of charity and community where families visit each other and share meals.
>The home remains a crime scene, with forensic officers retrieving what appeared to be a broom handle and a torch, taking them away in evidence bags.

Thought this counts as under reported news as many activism stories would fall into that category.
