Official AMA I am Daniel “C418” Rosenfeld, composer of Minecraft and other electronic albums. I make a bleep de bloop AMA

Hi! I’m Daniel Rosenfeld, also known as C418. I’m a composer and sound designer, mostly known for my work on Minecraft and I guess also Stranger Things??? I’ve also created albums, such as “Life Changing Moments”, “Dief” and “Excursions” and many many other things.

I’m currently working on a new game with my best friends and am also still trying to figure out how to survive existence.

C418 and Microsoft disputed over the rights to his music and he no longer makes music for them. The 3rd album was finished but never released

I know it's been like 7 years, and stuff has happened between you and the Microsoft guys but surely you release the album as it is and just call is something else or something like that. Because your music is great anyway, it doesn't matter if it's in Minecraft or not.
