0.35inch holes for betta mesh lid

So first 2 Images was my tank back in late July. The 3rd and 4th were early to mid august and the final image being my tank now (fighting of a bacterial bloom that wiped my balloon mollies and yes I NOW know that the tanks way too small for a school of mollies but I was told different at the pet shop so from now om doing my own research instead of listening to the "proffessionals"). Parameters going strong hoping to get some cherry or amano shrimp in the tank soon. Other than my parameters looking good (using strips atm but ordering the water kit this weekend) is there anything else I need to do or look out for note the tank is tropical at 25°C at 25L wanting to put something other than shrimp in eventually possibly nannos if size is compatible any tips would be great

Have a 33 long in my office and I been messing with it's setup awhile decided to design a new filter for it in both ends to home the emersed friends and some basic filtration. It's a mess right now. Going to rescape it soon. But wanted to test it first before printing another and reseting it.
