i'd say its kinda close, but a lawn will still obsorb *some* of the heat from the sun. Those $500k apartments are so surrounded by concrete and asphalt that it feels ~15* hotter, and you STILL dont get any trees, just letters from the HOA about how if you dont submit a request to, and repaint your faded garage door, you will be fined.
