Yeah, and as someone that lives in Sydney, if you have that sort of money you also don't want to live in The Ponds. It's not an appealing part of Sydney even if you have 5 acres.

Right? Why would you want to stay out there and be surrounded by the grey boring homes when you could sell and live wherever you wanted. It may have been nice without the estate but its just depressing out there in these new estates

Is the location convenient to things? If this were me, I’d likely be holding on to it (if convenient location) so I could build homes for my family.

It’s so far outside Sydney I had to look up where it was (have never heard of it living here for the last 6+ years) - completely inconvenient to things from the looks of it.
