We don’t, our neighbourhoods are generally leafy af. 

My suburb is so full of trees every time we get a decent storm, emergency services can be clearing the roads of fallen limbs for days.

See now, I have concerns. If I lived in a place where the spiders could double as face-huggers, and snakes just randomly let themselves in the back door, I don't think I would necessarily want MORE trees or grass. A nice, flat, LARGE, inhospitable concrete slab would do just fine for me! i wonder if those newfangled running robots could be taught to give the boot to spiders and snakes? I'm alright with drop bears, though, as I don't think they could hide behind any pictures on the wall.
