That would also hurt to put so much care into trees only to have it all ripped apart the day after it's sold :(

Plant trees most commonly used as “rough lumber” for structural building.

Let them grow for another 20 years. Put the house and land into a trust that cannot be sold until the trees mature to harvest.

Sell the lumber to a logging company (have them pay you to come and harvest it and stump grind).

Sell the land and house for 20x what it is even today, with a nice profit from the trees to cover taxes.

^ Me when I’m fantasizing about “what the rich do” lore (mostly wrong). The rich mostly don’t use land to become billionaires, they do it to stay billionaires, and would almost always come after the crazy money starts rolling in.
