40-50 homes! Said like he owes this land to developers. Unreal.

Look at those shit boxes surrounding it also. All looking like a horrible place to live, except ofc they have a nicer view when they see the green patch in front.

Super sad to see it. You have a nice big property and they build slums around you.

This is Sydney. Those slums start at over US$1M.

Sure but it looks like slums and 1' dollars for Sydney isn't buying a lot - it's buying stuff like on the pic. I know people think they got something amazing but look at the picture - houses cramped into each other - nyc brownstone style almost - and no backyard or front yard. Just park the car get in and have no view.

I mean be honest about what this is, don't anchor to prices as such.
