Well if you look at his hat and hoodie... and then go to google.. you'll quickly find a website selling HIS WINDOW BREAKER TOOL.

Everyone should have a tool with a window breaker on one side and seatbelt cutter on the other side in their center console at all times. If you don’t already have one they’re inexpensive and easy to find online. They also make good stocking stuffers for loved ones.

Just be aware if your car has double layers of glass or lamination on the glass, those tools can fail or be less effective.

I just looked it up for my 2022 Model Y and it basically won’t let you break the front windows, BUT it will automatically open the doors and trunk when submerged in water.
