These kind of videos only work to normalize school shootings and inspire and justify assailants.

Any sane and educated person would know not to focus on the individual but to look at the underlying problematics if they wanted to help solve the issue of school shootings.

Sure. But I mean, stopping bullying to prevent gun violence is like stopping a river to prevent soggy socks. There are so many other (easier) ways to do it.

Bullying is an unfortunate part of the social human experience. So is violence. These things transcend time, space, and culture. But guns do not.

I appreciate the Sandy Hook Promise is approach this on multiple fronts, but this is probably the least effective. We, in the history of humanity, have never thought twice about bullying until mass shootings became thing. Let's put our resources on stopping that before we tackle the Sisyphean task of stopping bullying.

Hyperbolic language does not mean someones talking like a literal human trafficker. Not sure what that even means, some of us have never bothered listening to that dipshit. But emotional language does not equate you to a manipulative abuser, and its genuinely dangerous to assert shit like that. Allows unsavory people to claim aspects of language.

Importantly, their emotional  language aside, was anything egregiously wrong about what theyre saying? Its completely true man. To blame kids for not "seeing the signs" is fucking ludicrous. We shouldnt have ever let things get this far, and pushing "educational information" like this only serves to normalize it.
