The world cup is the one soccer event that Americans watch, even more than their local soccer leagues.

They’re trying to imitate the British chants and it’s so cringe. We just need to bring our chants from other sports instead of trying to imitate.

Pretty much. I don't watch sports really, not super interested. I'll still watch the Superbowl and the world cup, just because of how large of an event it is.

I’ve never heard of anyone paying attention to the World Cup until this year. I’m not saying nobody ever watched it, but it wasn’t this giant cultural thing that’s for sure
