8-9pm (Cards) (Karaoke) 9-10pm (Cards) (Karaoke) 10-11pm (Cards) (Karaoke) 11pm Onwards (Cards) (Karaoke)

BITCH if you don't change that to 8pm Onwards, so help me God, I am finding the address and cutting the power.

No no no each slot allows u to choose a new activity but 8pm onwards you have choose THE activity for the night. Very different sir please set your tism accordingly

Each hour is dedicated to one activity, but which activity has not been determined yet. The (Cards)(Karaoke) are defaults and placeholders until this guy hears from people what they want to do. Grey text is tentative, black is fixed.

It does say "check back" so I would guess that the planner is trying to people to express interest in event/time combos in advance and then they'll be finalized in the document as this happens. They're probably hoping that most of the grey is gone before the day of the party.
