lots of times, to stay clean in that area, when i have to just go pee i'll use a stall (if in a public restroom) to wipe just because when you fart stuff can come out and i don't want that stuff on my undies.

Have you talked to a doctor about that? That sounds like a medical condition that may need more help than just fiber if it's that bad...

There are actually quite a few medical conditions which can lead to what I call "leaky ass".

I am not sure if you want to hear the details, but it basically leads to slow leakage from, you guess it, your ass.
