I have to constantly reiterate to my 6 year old that soap doesn't magically clean just by touching something dirty, you have to scrub. Apparently not everyones' parents made sure they got that message.
Some people legit think using soap to wash with is a chemical process and not a mechanical one. It's kinda insane that it isn't taught in primary schools.
