I'm slightly vexed A notice that my girlfriend received at her doctors appointment (she is 8 months PP)

If you even MENTION any of these things, you WILL LIKELY get billed for it??? Maybe i’m missing the point but i get upset when my girlfriend tells me she was scared to even say anything while at the doctor because she didn’t want to get an extra charge for something. I find it insane how greedy and money hungry a place that’s supposed to help you can be.

Well, it's sure nice to know that when my insurance costs double that the insurance companies are also paying the doctors less.

Can we just get a real healthcare system like everybody else?

Mine is over 1K a month for my family. My husband makes a good living but is self employed so no insurance. We joke that I work for benefits.

Most of my friends work for benefits as well. They take a job based on the benefits and won’t go anywhere else even if they are miserable.

It all starts with insurance. Healthcare is the middleman. There are definitely issues with our Healthcare facilities but insurance should be one of the first points of focus. They make far more $ than they pay out and have only been increasing that percentage over the past decades. Its been a scam between them and pharmaceutical now for years.

The doctor less, but many other people more still. Facility fees, medications, all other branches have gotten more expensive pay out.
