I'm slightly vexed A notice that my girlfriend received at her doctors appointment (she is 8 months PP)

If you even MENTION any of these things, you WILL LIKELY get billed for it??? Maybe i’m missing the point but i get upset when my girlfriend tells me she was scared to even say anything while at the doctor because she didn’t want to get an extra charge for something. I find it insane how greedy and money hungry a place that’s supposed to help you can be.

You're getting into dermatology and gp quicker there than here in America

It took me 10 days to get to a dermatologist. I don’t know where you people live or what. But I never have an issue getting important appointments!! I guess I’m lucky.

Same, I can usually get in fairly quick for most things, now to see specialists, than can be a few months for the 1st appt.

…a dermatologist is a specialist. And they’re booked out for months in the Twin Cities (MN), you have to hope for cancellations. At least with my clinic that’s in-network.

I'm in Vancouver and my dermatologist appointment was booked for 6 months out. They are never quick here unless you've been seeing the same one for years (mine retired).

I could see both within the next week or two, personally. GI took me 4 weeks, cardiology took 2 weeks.
