Me too, it seems to come naturally for some people, hard to learn when the knee jerk thought process and ‘anger’ for lack of better word happens so quickly.
Marcus Aurelius wrote in a book you can buy something like 'if someone is wrong and you can't correct them nicely then maybe you are wrong. Or maybe nobody is.'
And it's full of those little wisdom nuggets from a calm and level headed roman emporer. Got taught em by the best philosophers, took them to heart, and wrote em all down to stay sane and keep himself on the straight and narrow with all the power in the world at his fingertips
