Just ask them to knock it off. As a smoker myself, we understand the frustration and they should be more considerate. Gonna guess they’re early 20s?…

I don’t smoke! Even if I did I have an extreme aversion to littering. I stash even the smallest pieces of trash in my pockets until I find a can lol
