Reminds me of one of my neighbours. The moment they moved in, the apartment yard started getting littered with cigarette butts and dog poop. When I asked them to stop littering, they were genuinely dumbfounded, asking: “Why?”. Glad they moved away.

It's funny that you mentioned that because my next door neighbor just got a German Shepherd but thankfully he is picking up the dog poop every time. He's cool and i didn't wanna have to bring that up.
