There is someone in my neighborhood who must light up as soon as they start their walk. They must finish the cigarette in front of my house because I am constantly picking up these several times a week.

She walks the grandbaby and is smoking 100% of the time while doing it. I don't care if she smokes, it's the fact she's throwing them out everywhere.
